Drive over to 785 W. Sproul Road. No appointment needed. Walk through the door and tell us you're here to sell. Our team will start reviewing your items asap. The whole process is computer-automated so there's no guessing, no haggling, and no waiting around for days.

Real talk: We can only buy what we can sell. So we don't take everything but we buy A LOT. If we pass on something, it's not personal. It might be the wrong season, the style isn't moving, or there is staining/damage.

Q: Do I need an appointment?
Never! Walk in anytime during selling hours. We take items on a first-come,
first-served basis. We offer priority buying to our shoppers, so they can use store credit right at check-out. We buy 7 days a week!
Q: How long does the buying process take?
Usually about 30 minutes once the buyer starts on the review of 20-30 items. Larger lots can take longer but the registers send a text to the customer when our review and data entry is finished!
Q: What if you don't want some of my items?
We'll let you know which pieces we're passing on and why. You can take them home or we can donate them for you with our community partners. We appreciate the opportunity and will buy everything that works for the store!
Q. How do you decide what to pay?
Our computer system and our Clothes Mentor database pulls current market value for each brand and style. The offer is based on what we expect to be able to sell the item for, factoring in season, condition, and demand. Designer pieces are individually evaluated for a premium offer.
Q: What do I need to bring?
Your items (clean, current, in good condition) and a valid photo ID. Please place your items in a bag, box or basket. Please take items off hangers. That's it. We'll handle everything else.
Q: Are you really a women's resale shop?
Yes! We carry women's clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, fragrances and accessories in sizes 0-26. We do not buy men's or kids' clothing.
Q: How is this different from consignment?
With consignment, you drop off your items and wait weeks or months to see if they sell. You only get paid after the sale, and the shop takes a cut. With us, we pay you cash on the spot. You're done in 20 minutes. We take the risk on reselling, not you.
